I have problem with barcode app. When I scan with scanner product in Odoo Barcode app it gives me list view as default (I cannot see full location in this view). I want to get default view Kanban. I had it in Odoo 16 but now in Odoo 17 I have list view as default.

Thanks for posting in the forum. This message is just to let you know that this has been classified recently as bug fix for Odoo 17 & 18 - not yet solved but hopefully a fix will be applied soon. Note that in Odoo 19, you will get the Kanban view by default and now you are able to upgrade to that version if you are SaaS. Do not hesitate to reach out to Odoo Support if you encounter issue like this. We will happy to assist you
In the meantime as a workaround I can suggest you to create a an inhereted view in the list view; it does not solve the issue totally but makes the location field bigger and shown by default.
