in the request for cotation reports, I would like to change the title . Instead of showing 'request for cotation', I would like to print a title that reads 'cotation'. How can I do that.

Hello Emmanuel,
You can do this in a functional way by inherit the report_purchaseorder_document template.
You need to go to Settings > Technical > Views and create a new one as follow in order to include your changes:

The best practice though is to make these changes within a custom module.
