Creating tasks from an email alias - Define stage of the Odoo Board

Hi all,

I follow the documentation to allow people to create new tasks via mail. (Unfortunately I can't share the link to the documentation here because I have not enough karma points, but I assume you know what I'm talking about.)
It works great beside one small issue. The tasks always end up in the first stage but I would like to separate the tasks created by mail from the tasks created directly in Odoo. Is there a way to define in which "stage" of the board a new task created by mail should

In standard, odoo will always create a task in the first stage, as it considers that you go from stage to stage as you are evolving through your project. There does not seem to be a good idea to have manually created task not following the per mail created task.
Nevertheless, you have the possibility to add a tags to any task you create. This way, you may just add a tag to all the manually created task and have an automation (odoo studio) to add another tag for the tasks created by email.
