Did you mean force visitor to login before showing any information? 

hi wilson do you mean to give the public user a way to sign up ito odoo? 

if this is the case it is ready in odoo 9 you have to activate it from the setting but make sure to be in the debug mode 

Settings > General settings > Allow external users to sign up
