If a product is set to service there is a setting called service tracking that allow to generate a new project every time the service is included in a sales order. But a "normal" project tasks is not visible in the field services apps, and if we try to use a field service project as a project template the system throw an error on the validation of a sales order. Is there some way to make these two features work together in the standard solution?

Hi Francois:
Odoo has a project and a product both called "Field Service" which are pre-defined and linked i.e. when you sell the "Field Service" product it creates a Task in the "Field Service" Project. The name of the task is generated from the Quotation/Sales Order number and the description entered at the line level in the Quotation/Sales Order.
Please elaborate a little more on the "normal project tasks is not visible" part of the question since they seem to be available in both places.
