Good morning,
Currently, Odoo will send out a purchase order using my business e-mail via outlook; which is what we want. The issue comes when the vendor replies to the e-mail; they are directed to the Odoo 'catchall'. How can I have the reply come back to my business e-mail as well?
Note we have several users, and each user will need to have the replies go to their individual emails. Would you be able to guide me on how to set this up properly?

Currently my profile is set to 'Handle by Emails"; with the appropriate e-mail input just below it. Are there more settings or another area that needs to be addressed to correct this?

Since you have chosen to receive notifications by email, you should normally receive a notification for each response.
Which version of Odoo are you using so that we can better assist you?

If you want to receive email replies directly in your professional inbox, make sure to enable email notifications in your user profile. This way, a notification will be sent to you with each reply.
Do this for all relevant users.

I see, I tested on my end using a V17 database, and it works. I receive a notification for every response. Please conduct a test to see if you receive notifications as well. If not, check your spam folder.
