Why is the structure of the software for creating products and goods not based on the definition of the coding system?
My question is clearly, why does it not follow the coding system in order to create products and goods and parts for production or purchase?

People relate to the description anyway. There is a field "Barcode" in product, where you can create a number based on the structure you want.
