Can we un-post the transactions once it is posted?

For age analysis, we have to post all the transactions at once. But can we un-post them as well?

I do not understand what you want to say with "age analysis" and "post all transactions at once". But there is a way to un-post transactions using the module "account_cancel". Using this module you can define that a specific journal allows cancellation of posted entries.
