Hi,

Can you please help me to find a solution to this problem.

Problem:
I have 20K Product in my database.
Odoo is unresponsive when adding a new reward rule. This happen exactly when you click on the "ADD" button under the reward section. 
If I reduce the products to 1,000 it works fine. 

Server Details:
Odoo Version 16 Community Edition
Server RAM = 16
CPU = 16
Workers set on Odoo = 33
I have tried this on different server with more resources and have the same problem. 



To replicate the problem:

1-Create an empty Odoo database. Imported 20K products. ( imported two columns Name, Barcode. Baroce from 1 - 20k to test)

2-Install Point of Sales and enable "Promotions, Coupons, Gift Card & Loyalty Program" in the register setting.

3-Go to Point of Sales -> Product -> Discount & Loyalty -> Create a Loyalty.

4-Click on the button "ADD"  on the button right for the Reward.
