I have setup odoo as the IT admin of the business. I myself do not use odoo. The acct staff will.
Is it possible to only have the acct staff login as a second (paid) account. The (first) admin account is free and is only responsible to add and remove users from the organization. Is this setup possible?

Yes, Odoo already has one account which is called SuperUser in the system.

Essentially: I would like to have an IT account which is responsible for adding and removing companies and users which is free. The individual operator logins are the paid ones.
