how to make the debug icon appear in an odoo 14 modal?

There are multiple ways to activate debug mode.
1) there are few chrome extenstion which allow user to activate debug mode by click on extention icon (Monkey icon)

2) Go to Setting --> Scroll Down up to developer tools section
3) you can manually update URL and browser to add debug=1, debug=assets,tests or dugu=assets after web?
example : https://yourserver/web?debug=assets

Go to General setting > Developer Tools
you can activate the develper mode after debug icon will appear in top right corner of the screen
The debug mode is already activated and I manage to see this option for the other modules and windows except for a single modal
