HD Harmony, Lda

HD Harmony, Lda is an aesthetics and plastic surgery clinic based in Aveiro, Portugal, specializing in procedures such as abdominoplasty, mammoplasty, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facial and body harmonization, as well as complementary services such as trichology, bariatric surgery, psychology and nutrition. Founded in 2022, the clinic combines advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team to offer personalized care, with a focus on customer satisfaction (HD Harmony).

HD Harmony faced challenges with manually managing appointments and client records using spreadsheet-based systems. This resulted in scheduling conflicts, with approximately several appointment cancellations per month. The lack of an integrated CRM system limited client follow-up, impacting loyalty.

Odoo was  implemented  with the Scheduling, CRM and Billing modules. The integrating partner customized the system to manage reservations in real time, integrating an online portal for direct appointments by clients. They set up automatic appointment reminders and loyalty campaigns via email. The team, led by Dr. Andreia Oliveira and Dr. Patrícia Prior Neves, received training to adopt the system, and the billing module was integrated to optimize financial processes.

Implementing Odoo eliminated scheduling conflicts, reducing cancellations by 90%. Automation saved several hours per month in administrative tasks, allowing greater focus on the customer experience. The CRM increased customer loyalty, generating additional revenue from recurring customers in the first year. ROI was achieved in 9 months, solidifying HD Harmony’s position as a reference in aesthetics.
