Environmental Testing and Laboratories Company ETLCO is a fully owned Saudi Company located in Jubail Industrial City in the Supporting Industrial area  and it was established in 2009, as an independent environmental company to respond to the increasing demand of environmental services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
