Borfield Alimentation / Hôtellerie / Tourisme

Borfield is a prominent importer of health food, supplying the health shops of two of Malta’s largest supermarkets—PAVI and PAMA. While primarily an importer and wholesaler, Borfield also plays a role in retail operations by managing stock quantities and ensuring shelf stacking at these supermarkets. Aviense has recently started working with Borfield to implement an integrated Odoo solution covering Sales, Purchase, Barcode, Accounting, Invoicing, and Inventory apps. This project will streamline their operations, helping them manage stock more efficiently and automate their wholesale and retail processes.

MPS Ltd. IT / Communication / Marketing

MPS Ltd. is one of the top three advertising agencies in Malta, specializing in traditional media channels such as TV, radio, newspapers, and journals. With a strong reputation in the local advertising industry, MPS provides a wide range of advertising and media services. Aviense migrated MPS from their previous system, Shireburn FSM, which had numerous limitations and could no longer meet their growing needs. Aviense then completed two phases of a multi-stage Odoo implementation.
In Phase 1, we deployed Sales, Purchase, Invoicing, and Accounting apps.
in Phase 2, we integrated the CRM app, all with significant customizations to meet the specific needs of the advertising industry. These customizations helped build a vertical system tailored for the advertising sector.
Phase 3, which will focus on Projects, Timesheets, and Manufacturing, is forthcoming.

SR Services Limited Construction et Rénovation

SR Group Ltd., which includes SR Services and SR Environmental, provides a variety of environmental and maintenance services across Malta. Additionally, the same system is used to manage TJ Novelty, a separate business within the group that specializes in providing educational toys and resources for both schools and individuals. Aviense took over an existing Odoo system that was implemented by another partner and successfully upgraded it from version 14.0 to 17.0. This included the challenging task of upgrading custom modules written for SR Group and TJ Novelty. The system included Sales, Invoicing, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Website, CRM, Maintenance, Repairs, Field Service, Planning, Helpdesk, Appointments, Project, Recruitment, Timesheets, and more. We ensured a seamless upgrade while maintaining all custom functionalities and ensuring the database operated smoothly across the group.

The Hive is a digital and creative marketing agency, known for its design of state-of-the-art websites, and for delivering innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. They cater to clients across various industries, helping them enhance their digital presence and brand engagement. Aviense configured and implemented Odoo out-of-the-box (OOTB) for The Hive, focusing on the Sales, Invoicing, and Accounting apps for Phase 1. This setup streamlined their administrative processes and improved operational efficiency. Phase 2, which will focus on Subscriptions, Projects, and Timesheets, is planned to further automate their workload and reduce administrative tasks.
