ASE Auto is a leading car parts supplier in Malaysia, with over 20 years of experience in the aftermarket automotive industry. Since its establishment in April 2000, the company has expanded into a group of six specialized divisions, each catering to different areas of the automotive sector.

Despite their success, ASE Auto faced operational challenges due to an outdated ERP system that lacked support for E-invoicing, an expired payroll system, and a highly complex inventory of spare parts with multiple product codes and specifications. These inefficiencies hindered their ability to maintain seamless operations and accurate financial reporting.

At Computs, we implemented a fully customized Odoo ERP solution tailored to ASE Auto’s workflow. The new system introduced automated E-invoicing for compliance, an upgraded payroll module for smooth employee management, and a structured inventory system to manage their vast range of spare parts efficiently. With real-time data insights and an optimized workflow, ASE Auto can now operate with greater accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
