If the database name was updated, the Odoo mobile app may still be trying to connect to the old database. You will need to:
Open the Odoo iOS app.
Go to the settings in the app and reconfigure the server URL or the database name if required.
Note: If the database name is embedded in the URL or app settings, you may need to update that to match the new database.
User Session Issues
In some cases, a conflict might arise because the user’s session is tied to the old database. Try logging out from the app, clearing the app’s cache or data, and logging back in with the updated database information
An HTTP 409 after renaming the database is often related to the mobile app still trying to connect to the old database.
Try the following:
- Log out of the Odoo mobile app and add the account again using the new database name.
- Clear the app's cached data (or reinstall the app if necessary).
- Verify that the new database name is accessible from a web browser and that the server is configured to allow access to it.
- If you're using dbfilter, ensure it matches the new database name.
If the issue persists, please share your Odoo version, whether you're using Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, or on-premise, and whether you renamed the database manually or using Odoo's database manager.
