After proper configuration in MS Azure/App Registration and filling AppID and secret in Odoo Settings Outlook Calendar it shows warning to user.

User see an button "Sync in OUTLOOK" in calendar, after click warning pops-up:

An administrator needs to configure Outlook Synchronization before you can use it!

Troubleshoot calendars and contacts in the Outlook mobile app
In the Outlook app, go to Settings. > Tap the account that is not syncing > Tap Reset Account. Check to see if your account is syncing.
Still not working? Delete and re-add your email account: From Settings.

This sounds crazy, but it really works! Thanks! Should be in documentation.
