Odoo has released Veri*Factu for Odoo 17.0 and 18.0 Enterprise - see  https://www.odoo.com/es/blog/business-hacks-1/verifactu-system-in-spain-1464 [1]

Install the Veri*Factu module from Applications. Configure the Veri*Factu certificate from the certificates section in the Accounting application. Hi,

The Verifactu module is not yet officially released in the
OCA/l10n-spain GitHub repository. However, there are some open issues
and discussions related to Verifactu, indicating that development or
planning is underway.

You can view those discussions here:

Because of this, the module is not yet available for installation, but it may be added soon as compliance deadlines approach.
