As in the title I'm a reseller of high costumized product. 

Using a MTO routes with some settings, I'm able to generate a separate RFQ for every sales order (eg. I can have single purchase flow for each sales order) and thats is good for me. 

But, in some cases, an order can have multiple rows with the same product ...

What I need is to prevent grouping of product in RFQ/purchase order. 

I think to describe all the customization in the sale.order.line description field 

Here an example:

THIS IS MY SALES ORDER: 

line 1: productA (attribute in description) QTY 2 

line 2: productA (different attribute in description) QTY 4 

...BECOME IN RFQ 

line1: productA QTY 6 

BUT WHAT I NEED, IN RFQ (AND IN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT TOO) IS: 

line 1: productA (attribute in description) QTY 2 

line 2: productA (different attribute in description) QTY 4
