How to make the user display preferences for each user stored in the database or local storage so that the last choice is saved, and how can the system read the preferences when the user returns or switches modules to directly enable the corresponding display?

Like the buttons on the Project module “On going”, “Draft”. They don't change when we log out or open another module.

I just need whether the view can be made so on all modules or only on 1 module.
