Hello everyone,


I'm a developer for my company, we are using Odoo for marketing.

We are using Odoo online version 17.

We want to use Brevo for our emails to have a dedicated IP address and have higher volumes, and also we are already using Brevo for our email needs in our backend application so it seemed logical to also use them in Odoo.

I was able to add Brevo and send emails from their smtp server, but the problem is with email tracking. When an email is delivered, opened, or bounced, its status appears correctly in the Brevo dashboard but not in Odoo.

In Odoo everything is marked as delivered, even when i tried to send to an unreachable email address.

I searched online and found this something called Brevo connector in the odoo apps website (I am unable to paste links in this post) which uses Brevo's built in webhooks and allows Odoo to use them for tracking email statuses, which is exactly what we want. However, this doesn't work with Odoo online and we do not want to change our Odoo solution plan.


Does anyone know how I can relay email statuses (opened, delivered, bounced) from Brevo to Odoo to be properly able to track email campaigns in Odoo?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
