Claims are allowed within the first two months after the purchase date. The refund process is the following: the module is lacking a feature that is advertised on the app description page.

Llevo 15 días , reclamando un doble cobro en una suscripción anual que realizó en mi tarjeta de crédito y nadie se digna a responder . Con quién debería o quién se hace responsable y contacte y regularizar este error de odoo ?
