Timesheets v12

Question

Hi I found out that my company system has an upgraded version of the Timesheets module. A page pops up after clicking "Upgrade" button. However, when I choose the Timesheets module for upgrade, the price shows zero. I'm confused and need some advice.
1. Is it free? As stated "Those apps are free as long as you don't need more apps for hosting options."
2. My company's Odoo version is not a hosted version (no cloud connection), is it free to use/upgrade?
3. My company's Odoo is version 12, is it

Hi,
If you see an app with upgrade button, this means the app is part of enterprise edition. So if we need to get it in our db, we have to buy the enterprise subscription and its charges will be not only for new module that you add, but also for existing modules that you are using.
1. Not free, the pricing page shows the one app free forever policy of odoo and it will be hosted in odoo saas, not in our server.
2. Not free, to use enterprise apps, subscription has to be taken.
