Odoo's default tax closing report quarter is set to Jan till Mar, however I want to set it to Dec (previous year) 2022, Jan 2023 and Feb 2023 because that is how our quarter reflects in FTA authority of UAE.
I need assistance on how to set it up, I have tried changing dates in the tax report, but when I click the tax closing entry it goes back to default quarter of Jan till Mar.
Please help with urgency. Thank you.

I faced a similar problem yesterday when I was trying to set my tax report from 01/11/2024 to 31/01/2025. So the solution is when you properly set your tax periodicity and report dates you just go in the setting and refresh your fiscal localization settings and it works properly.

I have the same problem, I configure the period in the setting for Monthly and it works
