Hello everyone,


We are using: -


Odoo 13.0 with CRM, Calendar and Contacts

SOGo - Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync mail server

Outlook 2016 Mail Client


What is the best way to sync both outbound and inbound emails, contact creation and calendar events with our user accounts on EAS.


The desired outcome is:

- Send an email from Odoo to any contact and see the email in 'Sent Items' in the EAS mail account.

- Receive an email from any contact and see the email in 'Inbox' in the EAS mail account as well as under the Log/Schedule of that contact in Odoo.

- Create a contact in Odoo and it automatically syncs to 'Contacts' in the EAS mail account.

- Create a calendar event (call/meeting etc.) in Odoo and it automatically syncs to your default calendar in the EAS mail account.


I feel this is quite basic/expected functionality in a CRM and cannot see how to easily do it.  If it is not standard functionality and requires a free/paid plugin then please link me to the best plugin.
