Hi, 

I manage in Odoo two companies. Company 1 and Company 2. C2 is a subcontractor for C1. C1 has to give materials to C2.  C1 puts an order to C2, but "Ressuply" is not made automatically. C2 needs those elements in wharehouse as it uses the materials from C1 in production process. My question is how to set up the routes, wharehouse etc. in both companies to be sure documents are connected with each other.

Now I am wondering, how to set up prices between companies. My company 2 does not buy elements from company 1, it just receives it, should I set up proces to 0 then? At the same time I need do keep good balance in warehouse of company no 1, I need to track the value of warehouse, so that when element comes back from company no 2 its value equals: value of given materials + subcontracting fee. Please help. Other option would be shared warehouse (Company 1 would be an owner, but Company 2 would use material from this warehouse - is that possible?) SO and PO documents would be set to 0 value, but will warehouse documents will have value as described above?

I would set them up in such a way that I can sell off either of the companies and they're still opeating as normal. So first, I'd pretend they're not siblings or subsidiary and just create things as you would normally.

now, since they do a lot of internal business and reside on the same odoo instance, we can automate the transaction between them to save time and shorten process. This will be done with automation or codes.
