Hello
If I set the stock location for a POS to warehouse-2 (where I have only 1 product) and launch that POS session, I can see all products on all warehouses.
How to show only products related to that POS stock location?

This is not something that you can do it easily. You have to develop a module that override the product.product domain on js file inside point_of_sale module.
