I have two problems. Firstly, when I go to checkout. It completely skips the Address process altogether.  The only way to see it is to navigate back.  




So when I do Navigate back, it displays the wrong billing address!! I have two billing addresses and it only displays one leaving me zero option to choose a different billing address.

Same issue here. What if the customer has 2 or more delivery addresses?
it would make more sense to be able to double check/ chose the delivery address. 
Right now, how the customer can know that they can change that if the step is skipped?
It would make sense for us the users to set if this is a skipped step or not.

I have the same issue.

It does it even for non logged user for me.

Odoo 18.


Anyone has a solution?

Oh ok....makes sense. What if I want to ask for an address everytime?  Like just every single person needs to be walked through the process regardless? 


Like just as a double check?

Hi,

This is because you have already logged in as a user, so there's no point in asking for an address every time.


The billing address is the main address of the contact that you see in the contacts module. You can either change that or edit that from the address in the website during checkout.
