Hi Dhivya:
It can be specified in multiple places.
At the company level in Settings > General Settings > Invoicing > Taxes
On the Product template
By specifying a Fiscal Position for the Customer
By specifying a Fiscal Position for the Quotation/Sales Order
At the Item level in the Quotation/Sales Order
5 will override 4 which will override 3 and so on.
select product->general information
there is option for Customer Taxes
are you asking about anything else?
No, actually I expected customer tax will be under "Sales" tab and I didn't check under general info tab.
