We are selling calibration services to our customers.
We have set up each calibration product as a service but we are stuck with how we are supposed to do with the logistics.
Here is our process :
- The client purchase the calibration service on our website
- we send a shipping label (UPS) to the client (we pay for the incoming delivery)
- we make the calibration in our lab
- We send back the product to the client
How can we manage to generate the expected inventory movements (reception / move to lab / move back to shipping dock / send to client) with our service ?
Bonus : We are using odoo shipping module to communicate with UPS to generate the shipping label, how can we also generate the incoming shippment label and automatycally send it to the client ?
