We provide technical services using our machines. I need the machine & its parts to be quoted in the sales quotation. How do I do that? Is there a configurable Sales Order? Where is it? Please advise, Thanks

Maybe the quotation templates can help you.
- Go to Sales / Configuration / Settings and check the box "Quotation templates".
- Create your templates in Sales / Configuration / Quotation templates.
- You can select the proper template, when you enter new Sales Quotations.
