i can only use Settings -> Technical to create a new Sequence ( copying exising for Sale Order ).

Yes, Q0001 is updated to the S0001 when the user confirms the quotation.
You can't manage this by creating a new sequence you have to write the code to update the sequence on the quotation confirmation.

but where to "write the code to update the sequence" i failed to find it yet. ( already mentioned that i can't use any custom module ) , have checked Actions and Models but i nothing found.
