Sales/Purchase Products visible to all companies (Odoo 13)

Hi experts,
In odoo 13, the products created for Sales and Purchase of one company get visible to all the other companies. wht settings do we need to restrict the product data making available to respective companies only

I tested in a 2-company environment only.
You can configure a product to be visible to one company and not another.
Information on how to do it -> on the attached picture.

Thanks for the quick reply. But what if the 'Company' field is missing in product form for individual users.? It is available only for admin user not for the generic user. so does the admin always need to assign the product to a company which is practically and logically difficult to do.

Make sure that the below record rule is not changed/edited by anyone in the database and also ensure the company is set in the product
