I have exploring more specific less than a week basic functional, studying module Manufacturing, Warehouse and Sales, also correlated with invoicing. After I'm trying using business case in our company, there is some question. Firstly I'm trying using module Sales, I have some question here

I have application sales order here, we need more detailed information to be inputted into system.

1. Is there add on or extension for sales order form to add extra field / combo box related to customer sub module, I need the extra field below :

1.1 Delivery date, so from this date I can determine starting date for manufacturing or buying material, if no availability stock FG / WIP / Finish Good. My existing business process on delivery on time using delivery date as standard to another due date in each phase production, because each phase production has own lead time (cycles) to produce.

1.2 Loading Date

1.3 Receive Date

1.4 Sales Order Status (Booking, On Progress Production, Loading, Ship on board, Shipped, Closed / Done)

1.5 Different address for delivery (bill location / ship location), since we have buyer different between bill and ship location

1.6 Parent and child / sub company / agent, since we have buyer but have sub company in different country, or we have agent that have some buyer depend on him. Still related, but have different accounting.

1.7 Term Of Payment (TT [Telegrafic Transfer], LC [Letter Of Credit], Open Account)

1.8 Shipment Mode (Container 1 x 40 Hight Cube, Container 1 x 40 FT, Container 1 x 20 FT, LCL, Air Freight, Other)

1.9 And more field for detailed sales order information

2. What’s the meaning Date in odoo 8 sales order ? is this date meaning data has been inputted, or the date to deliver the goods, or the date to start manufacturing order, or what?

3.  How to setting sales order module to create automatic manufacturing order to manufacturing module, but always check stock first. If the stock available, no need to create manufacturing order, but if no stock or less than requirement, the system will create manufacturing the rest of requirement.
