Hi,

After checking a lot of answers on this forum and elsewhere, I can not find the right answer to my problem.

My company is running v12CE with Monetico app for online payment. When a payment is done and returns as paid, the right message appears on the confirmation page but the corresponding Sale Order is still in draft state and the cart is not emptied...

I've checked the transactions list and the corresponding tx is marked as "done", though in the Sale Order, it is still marked as "pending"...

If anyone has a solution or could direct me to any hint, I would be gratefull.
