How can I reopen repair orders? After closing I can't reopen them?

By default in the Odoo-Ep edition, you can't able to reopen a closed repair order, you can have this option(ie: Cancel Repair) at each stage before creating the invoice, if your repaired order is already closed then we can't reopen that order again.
