I have a Rongta REceipt Printer (Epson compatable) - It has worked well over the last 3 years on our POS app (Bizzfo). I have now installed ODOO, & when I do a reciept the following happens:

1. ​The cash drawer opens correctly

2. ​ a receipt prints (only a cm of it), with a tiny bit of ink at the bottom (Not sure if it's a timey font), & the paper cuts correctly.

Can anybody help ?
