Hi,

When up loading a picture to products or to customers when up loading the picture fits well and looks great but when saving and looking again after that the picture doesn't fit, I have tried to shrink it down but it does not help it's still the same problem issue..

This is an error. Same error is with Web-LinkedIn module. When you get automatically a company logo (image) from LinkedIn (through OpenERP web-linkedin module) the size is exactly as the reserved square in the Customer Form. After you save the Customer Form, the size of picture changes "bigger" and you see only smaller part of the LinkedIn picture - and this is a LinkedIn pictures/logo that is ok there!!

Thanks I have looked at this, but I still haven't figured out how to make or have the picture so it will fit perfectly as an thumbnail in OpenERP.

Hi,

It happens because an image has the specific size. See this link or this link.
