I want to set packages of product, for example I have to send products to customers in bundle of 12 units, for this at the time of delivering the products, how can I set the package on such products which to be send to customers ?

This would be done through a kit I believe. Sell the 12 units as 1 sku through the system and it will automatically create the product using 12 of the product you are selling.
