Hi there!

I want to change my name in my Odoo account profile because in my name field it appears my e-mail address. But once I change it, it appears the following error: "Changing your name is not allowed once invoices have been issued for your account. Please contact us directly for this operation."

Could someone please help me?

Hi David,

There is actually no way to resolve this one yourself, you will need to contact Odoo S.A.
You can do this through their help form at https://www.odoo.com/help or by sending an email to support[at]odoo[dot]com. An Odoo employee can change your name from the backend to resolve this problem.
