Hello dear community,
we would like to print out the message history between us and the customer from the chatter.
We have already searched for reports or messages etc. in the settings/technical settings, but unfortunately have not found a way to make a setting to print these messages from the history.
Does anyone have any idea how to set this up or whether there is an extra app that includes just such a function?
