I am new to odoo and I am trying to see if it suitable for the "non profit" I work for

my question is regarding the portal user, If I have a purchase order and want the supplier to provide or update its prices through the portal itself is possible 

the case here I need to have all the process automated and authenticated in order to satisfy the financial audit required and to ease the work load on the purchasing team
