I had a query.

I want to change the security for all the users. I want to remove the create permission for that file.

for example :

In Human Resource Apprisials , I made the security changes in csv file from my module to show Apprisials menu to all the employees and want to delete the create permissions to all the employees from my module.

Can you explain how to override the security changes of a file.
