We set an automated action for an specific user to be notified when a task is moved to certain stage. (The action works perfectly because we can see it in the task log). the problem is that the email never reaches the user, it stays in the outbound queue. We already changed the setting in the email outbound manager to 0 minutes, and it still doesn't go out. Could you please help is with this?
