I'm using v16 and i went to Website ‣ Configuration ‣ eCommerce: Payment Providers and I already have paypal installed, but when i try to activate it, the state is not visible to me in paypal form!! ( I activated the toggle studio and i tride to discover the reason so i saw the state field was invisible and the condition was that i have to install) but i already installed paypal so why the state field is still invisible???

I checked paypal document and i found the state/province in my country is "Not Used" but i don't know what does it mean or what should i do next so kindly can u help me ? i'd like to inform you that even the credentials tab is invisible to me in odoo and i dont know if its also because of my country or not?
