Existe t'il un tuto ou une video pour mettre en place le Onboarding ?
No. As on-boarding/off-boarding is model which links activity module technical name "mail.activity" where it specify what activities to perform and who to assign those activities. the assignee will be selected by department if entered else it will be take those values from the employee records you can look into https://www.odoo.com/app/employees-features#part_5 for more information
