We have a multi company setup with several companies configured to each make use of their own invoice number and invoice number prefix. Recently we added a new company and for some reason this company and another company share the same prefix and invoice number. When looking at the invoice number setup you can change the next number and prefix but doing so also changes the numbering used by the second company in question. 

None of the other companies we have configured seem to suffer from this problem so I am not too sure what could be "linking" the companies such that they are sharing invoice numbers. Basically creating an invoice either of these two companies will consume the next number shared by both these companies.

Any ideas?
