A few days ago, Odoo SH started automatically updating all the modules I have been uploading to production. This causes the system to be down for a longer period, so I would like to revert to how it was before, where when uploading a module to production, only the folders were entered, and one had to manually update it within the system. Does this option exist?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Contabilidad
- Inventario
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Hi,
If you are updating the module with a different version number, the module will be upgraded in the database. If you need to stop this auto update behavior, you can keep the same version number for your module.
For eg, if you have an app with version 16.0.1.0.1 which is already installed in your db, and in the next update if you change this version number, for eg to 16.0.1.0.2, the module will get upgraded in the db.
So the option to avoid the upgrade is to keep the same version number.
Thanks

Thank you for the response, but it doesn't seem to be the issue. Due to this, I hardly ever update the version, so it appears unusual to me that out of nowhere, Odoo SH is now starting to update nearly all the modules I upload to production. Also, I apologize for replying within my own post; I would comment, but I don't have sufficient karma.
I didn't notice such a behavior, if you are continuously getting the same, please a log a support ticket in: https://www.odoo.com/help
