I carry out all the steps and when I create the custom outgoing mail server with outlook works correctly, but when I create the incoming custom server (with the same outlook mail) and validate it, Odoo does not take it, it continues to recognize the default one. Am I missing another step? According to the documentation, Odoo should already recognize the custom incoming mail server by creating it. Any help is appreciated.
What is the priority value of the servers?
Are you setting the incoming server for "DTE"? or without It? If the purpose of the incoming server is for incoming invoices, you should set it as DTE email, and in contrary if not.
Could yo add a screenshot of the servers you have? thanks!
