Here is option to integrate odoo documents into windows folder explorer

Option A: Sync Odoo Documents to Google Drive:

Enable Google Drive Integration in Odoo:

• Go to Settings → Activate the Developer Mode.
• Search for Google Drive Integration → Install it (base_setup_google_drive or google_drive module).
• Configure your Google API credentials:
  • Go to Google Cloud Console
  • Create a project → Enable Google Drive API
  • Create OAuth credentials and paste them in Odoo settings.

Enable Google Drive in Documents App

• Go to Documents → Configuration → Workspaces
• Link workspaces to folders on Google Drive.

Install Google Drive App on Your Windows PC

• Download and install: https://www.google.com/drive/download/
• Sign in → Google Drive folder appears in Windows Explorer.

Now, your Odoo documents appear in a synced folder inside Windows.

Option B: Use Nextcloud or WebDAV:

If you prefer Nextcloud or self-hosted WebDAV:

Sync Odoo Documents to Nextcloud

• Write a small script or use automation (Zapier, Make/Integromat, or Odoo Studio) to push files to Nextcloud.
• Or use an Odoo-Nextcloud sync module (some available on Odoo Apps Store).

Map WebDAV Drive in Windows

• Open File Explorer
• Right-click This PC → Add a network location
• URL: https://nextcloud.example.com/remote.php/dav/files/youruser/
• Enter your username and password.

Now you can drag and drop files from Explorer.
